Just curious - can you breed a male toy poodle to a female miniature poodle? Would the pups be considered mini or toy?

If you don't want to regsiter the puppies then you can basically do what you like, not necessaily approved though! However, if you want to register your puppies then it depends where you are in the world! Under the UK system each of the sizes has a different register and therefore you cannot interbreed the sizes. In America they have one register of Poodles and therefore, so I have been led to believe, you can mate dogs of different sizes.
