What breed what number Jayne. I will be there early because it is so hot but as we are not in the ring till after lunch I will be happy to come and find some fellow membes of CD.
I'm Elkhounds and we are after the Beagles.

Its Border Terriers and my ring no. is 2316, we are in the ring at 10am. Think its ring 21.

Everyone - I had the pleasure of watching Casey get Best Bitch today (no tickets) and the Best Pup was one of Linda's breeding too :)

sara got roped in helping us too, poor soul just came for a look :D , thanks sara, an extra pair of hands was just great ,

Sorry I did not find you on Tuesday Lady D. It was so hot on our benches we dare not leave the dogs for long nearly as bad as their being in a car. Hope you had a good day and it was worth getting so hot for.

Its OK Jackie I know what you mean about the heat, it was all I could do to get my dogs in the ring let alone search out people. :-) :-) Was very glad to get back in the car and get home with the aircon blasting :-D

have to tell you gina, there was faces there got redder than even i ever have managed :rolleyes: infact some looked so red they looked like they where going to explode !!!!! i had casey in the champ stakes for the first time ever, but she was clapped out with the heat by the time we crossed the showground, we got shortlisted which i was thrilled at as the poor dog was puggied :(
i put a wet towel in her covered cage and she cooled down enough to show in the breed class, shes still unbeaten for best bitch since border union a year ago, and the puppy [maddie] now has 3 best puppys on the trot, im hoping for another goodun from my next litter to carry on with, fingers crossed .

DIZZY, looking at the Fosse results, it appears that the RBD took the BOB, is that corret?

Fosse Data have made a mistake with those results. Our boy was RBD, but not BOB as well, obviously. BOB was CH Forgevalley Pause & Pose for Chequerpei. I hadn't even noticed till you mentioned it....LOL

Well done yet again Dizzy! I promise to try and come over to watch the Sharpei at Leeds, so you'll have another friendly face there! It sounds like things got a little 'hot' there today!
My friend took Alice for me on Tuesday, as I was working, and won the Junior stakes! So poor Jo had to traipse all the way back again today, and won the final!!
