Eye test results will only be issued upon the production of the KC Registration certificate. Usually the ophthalmologist will test but will hold on the results until the certificate is sent to him or her. That is the way we have worked in the past when someone has turned up without it. The certificate is the one issued by the KC when the puppy is registered with them and lists the breed, colour, name, owner and registration number. It was either blue or green but there has been a new type issued for the last couple of years or so.

To obtain a copy you will need the registration number which may be on your pedigree.

thanks john, i think i can get a duplicate certificate.i just thought it was the same as when the dogs had their hips tested.is it the registration cert with my name that they want not the breeders?sorry to be soo dizzy:)

Yes, The one the KC sent you when you registered the change of ownership.

thanks john it's all sorted now, ive rung the kc and theyre sending me duplicates, i was stressed out cos milo was very naughty during the eye test :)
