Ok see if anyone knows this one.

Using IE6 on Win 98SE - I have both Paypal and Nochex accounts which I have used several times to pay for goods from ebay. I have bought a PC game for Josh and I can't pay for it!!

Basically I can't log in to either account. The server unavailable message comes up afer hanging for a few minutes. I can access other secure sites - out internet bank for example and the non logged in pages of paypal and nochex - but cannot log on to either one.

I have e-mailed ebay and nochex - can't get paypal through to the e-mai screen!! It may take them two days to reply!!

Does anyone have any ideas pleeeeeeeeeeeze? Should I be worried? I am normally very confident with internet shopping etc - but this has me a tad worried.

I have just logged into my paypal account , no problems.

Have another go see if it works this time ? If not then you may have to wait for a reply.

As it is a bank then you should be covered for fraud if anything suspect has happened.

Has someone deleted cookies etc that you use to get into them?

BTW each time (till now) I tried to access this thread I got

began to wonder if the thread it self was the problem!

I got that error message to trying to get in - spooky. Maybe admin know something about that error/

No cookies have been deleted - that I know of;) but if they had, wouldn;t the site just put them back on when I logged in?

PS just had an e-mail from the seller I'm trying to pay - and what a gem - he's posted the stuff to me and suggested I send him a cheque if that's easier:D what a hero:D
