Hi all,
My pup is teething at the moment but his 2 canine teeth have the new ones coming through while the old ones are still there. Should I take him to the vet for them to be removed or just hang in there.

Hi Zoe, How old is he? This happened to one of mine. I tried playing lots of tuggy games to hopefully loosen them enough that they would come out, but it didn't work. The vet had to remove them when the dog was 5 months old. You wouldn't believe the length of root on them!

He is 5months old and they started coming up about 3days ago.

You may still be lucky and they'll fall out. Once the adult teeth have grown longer than the milk teeth, it's a vet job, though.
