Good afternoon,

My Mom is looking for a Papillon puppy. We live in Bermuda and cannot get one from the US until 10 mos of age. They can come from the UK at 3 mos, which she would rather. Is there anyone who might point me in the right direction - she would like one for a companion, as soon as possible!

It is unlikely that any responsible breeder would want to send a 3 month pap puppy to Bermuda from the UK, as they would say that is far too young to send one that distance. I think you will have to have a rethink on what age you want.
And be patient; get to know a breeder either closer to home or where ever, learn about the breed before you say 'you want one now/as soon as possible'.
