My Bullmastiff pup has pinched nostrils.The vet say's that he will grow out of the grunting and snorting due to this condition.Has anyone any knowledge of this condition they could share with me?

My litter of shih tzu pups have the same problem well 2 out of 4 do, i rushed one to the vet because it sounded so loud for a small puppy, he advised steaming with olbas oil, as he said she had a bad cold. 3 weeks later she still sounds the same, a couple of breeder's who have had a lot of litter's, told me it sometimes starts with teething and then they loosen up, so i'll have to wait and see. I think a lot of the flatter faced breeds have this, as i have had a milder case in a bull dog litter, so i think bullmastiffs would be similar, sorry can't be of much help! :)
