I gave my puppy a yogurt container to play with. Later I saw she ate about 1/2 inch around the top. Is she going to be okay?

I wouldnt worry at all. Dogs pick up all types of rubbish when they are out, and all pups chew, and inevitably swallow some of it. Keep an eye on her, make sure she isnt having any trouble eating/drinking/breathing etc. But, unless you see anything alarming like inability to swallow her dinner, I would jus let it be and it will come out the other end soon.
