could anyone give some advice on this one.
I bred a pup which ended up in the 'wrong' hands and was sold on. the new owner has now bred from her and is selling the pups as a different breed. they are claiming that my bitch is this 'new' breed which she is not. is there anything i can do?

well i got a phone call today and found out she had no idea that she was a registered bitch, she only found out my details 2 days ago. thankfully its all cleared up.

If they are to be KC or AKC registered then let the club know.

As neither breed are recognised by the KC I dont think there is much that you can do, Sorry :-(
