My parents who are 61 and 63 sadly lost their Golden Retriver, Beth of 11 years, peacefully in her sleep on Sunday. (My Dad's Birthday!)

They are very keen to find a beautiful black labrador bitch to take her place, and I am keen to help them during this time.

If you are aware of any small (er) breed black labrador bitches with a very good temperment available then please let me know.

The dog would go to an excellent home in Cambridgeshire and my parents have had a dog for the last 40 years of their married lives.
This is in fact that first time they have ever been without one and I am keen to make it as short a time as possible.
