Topic Dog Boards / Health / My Cavalier was sick this morning!

Hi! my 11-month-old cavalier called Charlie threw up this morning, and i'd like to know if it's anything to worry about? it looked like white froth, but he's fine in himself, although he's a very picky eater. Any advice greatly received! thank-you! :)

I would just keep an eye on him. If he has sickness and the runs and this continues for a day or so then a visit to the vet should be the next step. I would however just make sure he has plenty of fresh water and is he is sick any more then a bland diet , rice and chicken for a while and some live yogurt may help.

It may well be the heat that has caused this so see how he goes.

Let us know if he is OK.

Thank-you for replying :) Charlie seems to be ok :) he ate his dinner at midnight last night, and he's had a couple of games of fetch with his favourite toys (Mr Carrot and Ball-y Dog!). I'll keep an eye on him and whisk him off to the vet if he seems lethargic and is sick again. Thanks again.
