Mr Murphy thanks for replying I am unable to join as my computer will not allow me. But my staffy is coughing really bad all of the time he sounds like sammy the seal its worse when he is excited or when it is hot, sometimes he cough's that much that it makes him sick its as if he has something stuck in his throat. The vet will do some xray's and also an endoscopy to see what the problem is but he thinks that it is a collapsed trachea has he as always coughed when excited from when he was a puppy but got worse of the last few months

Best to get the vet to deal with it as it sounds quite serious. I dont know what the cure for a collapsed trachea is. Sorry I dont have any more info or help for you. I hope it works out for the wee soul anyway.

Perhaps someone (admin) may be able to help as to why your PC cant join the forum.

My dog is going in next week for tests so should know more next week keep you updated
