Can anyone one tell me how I get into the part of my pc that stores the internet settings. It is running on Windows '98. Somebody else set it up for me originally so I have no idea where to find them. Hubby's computer has died and we need the settings to put in his new one. Would prefer not to use 50p a minute helplines more than absolutely necessary!!

Start/settings/control panel/internet options :)

Or just right click on the internet explorer icon

Thank you to all who replied. I have hade a search around on my computer following all 3 of your very helpful suggestions and hopefully now have all the necessary info. to configure hubbies new machine. Just waiting for the computer to be delivered now. Should be coming tomorrow.

Julia- thanks for the offer of further help but glad to say we have managed to get hubbies machine set up. Never needed to phone the ISP helpline at all.
