I would really appreciate it if someone who has used this product on their dog can tell me how to administer it, how long to give it, and did it work??
I am fostering a 2 year old Bichon, male. He was returned to the breeder because of his scratching. And also what they called behavioral problems. Well what is driving me crazy is his non-stop scratching. He has scratched across his shoulder area - left to right. His belly seems to be itchy. This morning he chewed his front pad for about 7 minutes - he didn't chew off the skin just kept chewing.
From the moment he wakes up he scratches. I have purchased some liquid "dog stop itch" but can't seem to find anyone here that has used it (Toronto, Canada).
This stuff smells awful and I'm sure it tastes even worst.
This dog had been to a homeopathic vet - He is on allergy food, etc.
So please if anyone can give me more information on the product please reply.
Thank you Linda Wood - Toronto, Canada

Might sound a silly question but has he been checked for fleas, if he has a food allergy has he itched and chewed so much that he pulls his fur out (mine used to do this alot), what food have you put him on. Wafcol salmon and potato is a good food if you can get it where you are mixed with tuna or white fish.
Don't know anything about 'dog stop itch', i use veternary aloe vera spray which stops the itching and the fur starts to grow back in 3 days.

Hi there - my Flatcoat Retriever gets uncontrollable itch at this time of year and the vet thinks she is allergic to some grasses. She pulls out all her hair on her front legs. The vet gives her a long-lasting shot of anti-inflammatory and it stops almost immediately. By the time the shot has worn off, the grasses have finished flowering and the allergy is gone.
