But I noticed that Dizzy [$ Casey have done it again...BOB & another group 3, this time at Blackpool!!! Brilliant (Yawn yawn!!!) ]) :D

Did anyone else have a good day there,'cos bar Dizzy & 1 set of friends everyone else I know did terribly! :(

why 4!??? where you at blackpool today>? if so was it less windy, things that werent fastened down where taking off, the poor shitzu in the group was having a real bad hair day :) but got it sorted in time for a group 2nd. and the bulldog that won it is fabulous, what a charmer,

Thank you for your congrats ... I was over the moon at Border Union I love that show when its sunny and dry ... I love the venue and the arrangements !

I am 3/4 back to fitness still not 100% , but have taken all my medication like a good girl , will be at Blackpool tomorrow with the two boys ( you know how you can't keep us doggy people away from a show LOL) , I even have my own personal nurse on hand as Gabrielle is entered with our Old Boy Bubba ( Am Ch Thornapple Diamond Rio ) who is out in the veterans class. So she will be there to make sure I am ok !! So with Wally nagging and Gabrielle nursing I will have a full support team ... just hoping that they don't run us around lots of times as I am not sure the old lungs will take it !!!

Well done on your wins , your girl is breaking all the rules just like Lorenzo , two little peas in a pod !!!! Isn't it fun !!!!!!

We must meet up at some point you should have come and said hello at Border Union !!!

our group was in not long after yours, so missed you----i sat with my friend willing you the group,i very rarely see a dog that id love to own----i admire many, but not want to take them home,.--but theres something special about your boy, hes so calm and regal looking-plus of course his tree trunk legs :D

Tell me about it Mattie. I bumped into Christine and then walked round the showground with her looking for you. Couldn't find you anywhere, so when Christine left I walked around another 2 times and gave up cos I was knackered :D What time did you leave ?

Anyway, I hear I will see you at National Gundog :-) I'll get to meet Ned yet!

P.S. I had a crap day, thrown out with loads of other good dogs ;-) Still it's my first chuck out at a champ show since November last year so can't grumble :-)

Jayne, big congrats for all your latest wins, especially with Lorenzo's group win & Groucho winning the POTY heat. He is one georgous puppy. I wish Tyler had a better temperament as I really miss showing him & watching all the other Aussies. Nevermind, maybe one day I will be able to have another.

Jayne, you didn't need a nurse today as you coped just fine and was on ''tip top'' form.... but I need one now :-( I am BURNT to a crisp....... the sun may have been in and out today, but me shoulders feel about 100 degrees !!!!!!! Have screamed the place down in the shower and now have to try and sleep without hurting either shoulder.......
That will teach me to say ''I don't burn and the sun isn't strong today'' :-D

Yes, I was at Blackpool on Saturday and I left just before 5am and was there before 9. Just wish our judge could've looked like he appreciated the entry that he had instead of looking throughly bored with the proceedings. Yes it was less windy and fairly warm too.

At some point this year gundogs will be on with utility breeds, so I will come and see you [$ Casey, if you are still speaking to us mere mortals? ])

We had a great day - Savannah got 1st in Grad whippet bitch. Her first 1st at a Champ show ever and we are SOOO pleased!

Well done to you to - sorry I meant to say that in my first post. I am absolutely somewhere on the other side of the moon! I never expected we'd get a first at a Champ show.

To make the weekend even better we did our local Society's Open show today and got BOB and Group 4! That just pushed us over the edge - we might make it back to earth next month:)
