I want to tell the world, my mini schnauzer is approaching 6 months now, and I have been trying to groom him since he 8 weeks - trying to make it into a routine every 2 days or so, even though he wouldn't stop biting the brushes. He now sits and licks my hands whilst I am doing it and stands when I ask him too. I didn't think I would ever get to this stage. I am sooooooo happy.
(One slightly strange bit of behaviour is that when I get the table out of the cupboard for grooming, he attacks it - small price to pay though.)

my mini has now decided to copy the pup and scream and pull,so it is back to the drawing board.
