I posted recently about my lab whom I found paralysed last Friday morning. After five days in a hospital in Northumberland, she has come home and is doing fantastically well in the circumstances. She has four discs out in her spine and is still carrying one leg, but she is trying to walk at every given opportunity. It could be ten weeks before I know the true extent of her condition, but in the meantime I have my baby back and a happy one at that. I have never seen so much tail wagging and attention seeking!!!!! I really thought I had lost her there, for a while. My choccy baby is so pleased to have her best friend home.

Thanks to all of you who sent good wishes and good advice. It was really welcome.

By any chance did you use Malcolm Ness?

as a surgeon ok---but needs an attitude transplant ,

He can have all the attitude he likes as far as i'm concerned.
He saved one of my dogs lives. She s*** on him in the process. Lol.

Mr Ness repaired my Chihuahua's patella luxation, did a great job too :)

he also repaired a rott puppy my sister bought in-gave her a gaurantee it would be sound, but no way was she going to show or breed from him -so he was pet homed-he limped for ever, --well thats as long as we take laura bruno's word for it [franks x wife] :)
