Might sound a bit daft to the more exprienced but I just wanted to know-
if your dogs birthdate falls on the same date as the show wich group would he enter ? Applies more to pups ( ie as in minor puppy and puppy etc ).Could he still enter minor pup if he is exactly 9 months on the date of the show?

It'll say in the Definition of Classes in the schedule (can I find one offhand - can I b*****y), but I know the words "on the first day of the Show" come into it. I was able to enter my 1 year and 3 day old puppy in a puppy class because it was a 4 day show and her birthday was after the first day of the show.

You are of course right Jg, schedule or none :D

It says Minor Puppy - for dogs of six and not exceeding nine calendar months of age on the first day of the show.

And it's basically the same rule for the other age restricted classes.
