Does anyone know any reliable pet sitters / homely boparding kennels in the Berks area that will take 2 staffords over the chrismas week. This is the first time that we have ever gone away without the dogs staying at my parents, as they are coming with us. CAnt have any large intact males, or GSD's of any description! Cats may be a bit tempting also...

Hi Alex!

My friends 2 BC's sometimes go to a lady in Chobham that has small breeds (not sure about cats!), I wanted my dogs to go there when we went on our hols but she was booked up. I don't know if she has looked after Staffords before, but she sounds very capable and lives very close to Chobham Common so dogs would get a good run. She has school age children too, so your dogs would be in their element I expect.
Just looked for her number though and can't find it -typical- my friend is back from her hols tomorrow (I think) so if you do want her details let me know.

I'll be using a sitter from Minder Keepers when we go away this summer. This will be the third time I've used this company. Different sitters each time, unfortunately, but it's always been very successful.
