i dont whant him to do restoom in side ,to site when i tell him ,not to bite and to lissen and do what i tell him

There are lots of training methods for all the things you mention on this site if you can search for them. There is also a good book for new puppy owners (I cant remember the name now but someone will help you out on the name I am sure). Shih Tzu's are clever little things so you shouldnt have too much trouble
