i have been reading all the wonderful things posted about the product Thornit Powder on this web site...it seems after i looked it up on the web, i have only found places in the UK that sell it. does anyone know where i can get it in the united states? my poor cocker is miserable with his ears and nothing seems to work very long.

Try http://www.championpets.co.uk. Although they are UK based, they specifically state that they will ship thornit to the USA at the same postage cost as the UK.
