We are going to a wedding in a fortnight . The couple concerned are really lovely but they have EVERYTHING and I am in a dilemma as to what to buy them . They already live together (in a lovely house thats fantastically furnished) so WHAT do I buy them as a present .
They arent doing a wedding list and when asked in conversation a while ago they just said "anything" which is NO help at all
Has anyone got any ideas ?????

What about something from Red Letter days; such as a Balloon Ride etc?

I never even thought of anything like that at all ;)
What a good idea. I was tending to think more of presents for the house etc and as i mentioned its already gorgeous .
Thats a good idea - thankyou :)

I'm pleased you like the suggestion :) Hopefully you'll get a few more suggestions too.

I seem to be following you around the board this evening :D

That's brilliant, liberty - I'd love to go Hot Air Ballooning!

Hey Lel,

We got something along the same lines as the balloon ride for friends who got married last year! We Found out where they were going for a honeymoon, then spoke to the brides brother and parents and arranged for them to have a helicopter ride over New York. About 3 couples got together because we were all stumped.

Hope it helps:) Karen

How about a mixed case of wine? That usually is gratefully received!

We went to a wedding last week with a similer couple(live together ,have everything)they put in their invite not to buy presents but if we insist to get vouchers from John lewis or Next.I must admit if we go to a wedding and I don't know the couple too well I get vouchers. When we got maried a few years ago I wish we had put this in our invites,we did have a list but noone seemed to use it!!

What about a lovely Rose bush with a name that could have some significance to Bride & Groom.
