I have a black and white cocker spaniel that I love dearly. I have a concern over her ears. I try keeping them clean but it seems that a odor and brownish ear drainage keeps reoccurring no matter what I or her groomer do. Help! any advise as to what I should be doing to keep this problem under control would be appreciated

my dog had the same problem i took him to the vets and they gave me some ear drops i think they were called canural or simmilar after a week the smell is gone, this usually happens to puppies with big ears mine is a dachsie and he had it for about a month then he kept shaking his head so that is why i took him to the vets good look ! but take him to the vets to be sure after all what is £20! for a loved one

Buy some Thornit powder from here. It's briliant stuff and works with my cockers manky ears.
