I have a 12 week old Rottie, most of the time he's good but there are times when I have to stop him from doing certain things that he growls. I lure him away from what he is doing and this usually works, although I am afraid that when he gets older that this luring will no longer do the trick. I know that he will try and push me as he gets older but I don't want to let him think that he can start now. What should I do?

hi

Have given my ideas for help lower down, probably the pup needs to feel that you are the pack leader and in charge, you can do this with positive methods that are very effective and with no confrontation.

It would be good to know what you have to stop the pup from doing (eg. goingto toilet in thewrong place? Chewing? Stealing?) as this can have a bearing on what is happening.

BEst wishes
