Can anyone tell me where I can buy a collar for a Whippet? I am in the process of adopting a ten month old rescue Whippet X (looks like a whippet) and it has one of those collars that both whippets and greyhounds have but it seems a little warn. I would like to buy it a new one but our local pet shops only have the "normal" collars! Do I have to go to a specialist or buy direct from somewhere special?

Hi, we recently were going to adopt a greyhound & managed to buy one of these special collars at the local Petsmart store.

Do you have one near you? If not, then perhaps just try a bigger hyper-store, they seem to sell just about everything you need!

Hi, Try whippet rescue! Cant give you a number I am afraid - but they had a great stand at Crufts, and were selling collars and leads as well as decorative stuff.
