when can a bichon frise be bred? also she is having a 'show' is this natural, she is 10 months old

Could you register with the Forum and possibly explain in more detail what you mean?
It's possible you mean she is in season. If so, keep her isolated from any male dogs for 3 weeks. She will not be old enough to mate (be 'bred' if you are in the US) for another 2 seasons.
