I am looking for breeders in the Cheshire area as a friend of mine would like a puppy.

I can't help you with breeders you are looking for but thought I would drop a line since I'm a past Wire Fox Terrier breeder in Canada. I loved my male and female dearly. They have both gone to the Rainbow Bridge now but I think of them daily. I still have connections with the male's breeder who now resides in Wales.

Thanks for taking the time to reply to my post. Does the person you mention still breed Wire Hair Fox Terriers? and, roughly, which part of Wales is it? North or South? We live closer to North Wales.

He lives in Mold, NorthWales. I know he used to commute to Manchester to go to school when he was finishing his training in computers. They breed Welsh Terriers but have breed Wire Fox Terriers too. If you will contact me directly Kath, I will give you the specific e-mail info for him. That is if you and your friend are still interested.

I'm sure he knows a number of Wire Fox Terrier breeders.
