Nearly every time my 18 week old bedlington bitch puppy cleans herself she whines as if she is in pain and she also nibbles at her leg. I've taken her to the vet 3 times to have this checked and she just explains it away as one of the odd things puppy's do, but I'm not convinced.
Any suggestions very greatfully recieved.
regards,

Linda

Mine did that!!!!!

You dont use any sort of carpet freshener do you.

I did and it really aggravated her skin, but with no visual side effects so it took us ages to figure it out

HI Rachael,

She's been doing this since we got her and we don't have any carpets, just wooden flooring.
Thanks anyway.

Regards, Linda

Don't always use the same stuff on floor so don't think it's that, also we were away on holiday with her and she still did it there. :-(
