Is anyone using Propalin on their dog and it's working?
I'm looking for pet owners who can tell me about the product and whether it has been successful or not in treating the problem of urinary incontinence. It has recently been introduced in the U.S. and I have not talked to anyone here who is currently using it for their dog.
Please email me if you can help.

Yes it has been used her for some time. Mainly used in bitches that "leak" a little, have known it successfully used in males too, I understood it had been withdrawn from the States, must of got that one wrong !!:D

I have just started to use it with my old gsd as she was leaking slightly, but she has only been on it for about 5 days, but hopefully we will notice a difference she is a bit unwell at the moment with a dodgy stomach so there is more of the other stuff than wee at the moment:D but i will let you know if there is a change

We have been giving it to our 13 year old Cocker for some months now - it takes a while to get the doseage just right but we have it sorted now & Daisy Cocker has no more trouble with leaking :-)

Our Giant Schnauzer has been on Propalin for about 3 years. In general it works fine - no weeing in her sleep - but we still get the odd mishap. It's quite messy to administer so if there were a better product I'd love to know.
