I have a litter due to go to their new homes over this weekend, due to complications with mum I have placed a breeding restriction of the litter as advised by my vet. I have told all the new owners this and they were all happy with it.
Does anybody have a copy of a contract, regarding breeding restrictions that I could use and get the new owners to sign, I worry in case anybody decides they do want to breed from them!

The Kennel Club state that you have to get it in writing from the new puppy owners in any event otherwise they wont uphold the restriction. A simple one saying that the puppy has breeding restrictions on it signed by yourself and the puppy owners would suffice unless you want to add anything else. Just make sure that you keep a signed copy too.

Our spaniels breeder gave us a reciept for the money which had the endorsements written on them. The receipt was from a self carbonating book so she had a copy as well.
Hope this makes sense!!
