My family and I would like to obtain a Lancashire Heeler as a family pet, we live in Chicago, Ill in the United States. My question is a simple one, are their any breeders here in the US that you are aware of , that we could contact?

I am not sure if there are any breeders in the USA? May I suggest that you contact the American Kennel Club who should be able to tell you if any breeders are registered with them. :-)

It's not a breed recognized by the AKC so they will not have a listing of breeders. I found one on the Lancashire Heeler Webring page:
