ok peeps i really need some help here!
i recently got my second dog, he is a bloodhound X dane (the breeder said it ws an accident and made us all sign a contract that all bitches would be nutered when reached breeding age and dogs when we felt the time was right as long as we were responsible), anyway i still havent got my boy done yet cause i want him to grow a bit more (he is 11mths),
the problem is he is becoming VERY aggressive towards my shealtie (otherwise he is the perfect dog...so far!), how can i make him see the older dog is above him? or shall i just let them fight it out between themselves? the shealtie is 6 and hasnt been done cause he is a show dog and has been used at stud several times!
hope some people can give me suggestful comments on how to overcome this problem!

What makes you think the older dog is above him guest? It doesn't work that the one you have had the longest is top dog.
You have a very large dog and need to set your rules firmly and consistently. You haven't actually given much information about how your pup is aggressing towards your sheltie and in what circumstances but I would suggest that you treat your pup as top dog in your household and not your sheltie. If you leave these two to sort it out amongst themselves you could end up regretting it. They are no match!
Reinforce your own position and keep up with obedience training to keep a good level of control.
This situation needs sorting out now - rather than waiting to see what happens. Separate them if you have to and use a muzzle if you have to.
It may seem a bit harsh and unfair to us to suddenly start ignoring a dog we've had for years and making a fuss of a troublemaker who seems hell bent on a fight, but it's a means to an end. The more comfortable the pup feels being top dog and seemingly in charge of everything the less of a threat the sheltie will start to become and then you can start to interact with him again without jealousy rearing it's ugly head and starting a fight.
