
I would start your search with making yourself known to the National/regional breed club/clubs. You will understand that reputable breeders will need to feel reasured that anyone they are exporting to has similar attitudes and concern for the breed as they do themdelves, asnd want to be as sure as is possible that they will not be exploited.
To this end I suggest you obtain references from people in good standing in the Dog World in your Country. This could include someone in a respected poditon of the Governing Canine Body/Kennel Club. Also from your vet or anyone in a position to testify to your character and treatment of your animals. Most breeders will only deal with someone on a personal recomendation ofdomeone known to them!
