Please can somebody help or advise.
We have a female cairn terrier who is 13years old and has a skin allergy which we cannot clear despite numerous treatments from the vet.
The dog if left without her surgical collar pulls at her coat until she bleeds and at the moment she is being treated with steroid injections and tablets for the itch .
So sad to see her looking so miserable after all the years of happiness that she has given to us .

Hi Guest

I'd say get her to a homeopathic vet for consultation. I find homeopathy very effective in my dogs and child.

You could also try applying Aloe Vera gel (available from Holland & Barratt) which is cooling and soothing.
