help i sleep walk, iv flooded my mums house causing 1,500 worth of damage.
i have subsequently moved and introduced myself to my new neighbours naked
wondering around at 2.30am. My nighbour kindly posted me back through my
front door. cant see him coming round for tea and cakes.
how do i stop? im nearly 30

I sympathise with you as sleep-walk too, found myself in the hotel corridor in a Barcelona hotel.... fortunately in very sensible pyjamas :)
Unlike yourself I have not as yet got out of the house, so you must see your Doctor as already advised; I realised I only sleep-walk when I'm particularly stressed.

On a lighter note, get yourself some pyjamas :D
