I have a pomeranian and he is one years old ,lately he has been crying but like a really quiet cry and he has a hot back ,does this mean he is in heat beacause just recently about a week ago he and a girl dog are trying to have puppies...does anyone know whats wrong?

Only female dogs come 'in heat' (or the correct word is 'in season') you should take your dog to the vets in case he has picked up an infection from the bitch he was trying to mate with.

If the bitch was in season and if he mated her then there is always the possibility that she is now pregnant!
