jessie is 8 months old and hasn't had her first season yet, although we thouht it was on its way... she has now got a thick yellow discharge and I did some searchin on here and read all about vaginitis. I rang the vet who said bring her in at 2.30, which I am gonna do, but he sounded more worried than I would have liked, so I rang a few more vets for advice really, they are all of the opinion that Jessie is likely to have a womb infection caused by her forthcomin season???... does this sound right to any of you??..
I know my vet wasn't pleased cos I wanted to wait until Jessie had her first season before she was spayed and I am wanting to go armed with all the facts at 2.30 if possible,
Jessie is a little quiet today, not as full of beans as she was, but then she was fine yesterday and ate well. I am defiantely taking her at 2.30 but I would be really gratefull for any input you can give me.
Thank you.

thanks :)
I did ask a lot of people knowledgable with cockers for their advice about this and it seems its the best thing for her, to let her have a season first, although some still are of the opinin that theres no need to spey, but I still want to.
shes sleeping now... all too much for her I think... am just glad she ok...
