Hi, a word of warning especially to any of you with pups.

A friend of mine was gardening the other day with her pup. She noticed it playing with a daffodil bulb and thought no more about it. A couple of hours later there was blood and poo everywhere. She told the vets the only thing strange that it could have eaten was the bulb and it was confirmed by blood test. The pup nearly died and had to spend two days at the vets. It is fortunately home again now and making a good recovery.

Hope the pup makes a full recovery with no after effects.
Most doggy people are aware of the high toxicity of daffodil bulbs. It's just unfortunate that your friend didn't know.
Thanks for bringing this matter to everyones attention though.
