your bitch is bound to be very unsettled. you should be sympathetic with her - not cross. i don't know if you have ever been pregnant, but believe me, its not an easy thing to go through.... she could be traumatised at being away from you, and home, and being with a strange dog.
give her time :)
It is also possible he mated the wrong *hole* which can cause quite a bit of damage, or that she has an infection

Hi i also considering the infection bit but would she not do this a bit more, she did it the night of her return and then the following morning then again 6 days later in the night and then again the next morning, The breeder stayed with the dogs the whole time threw breeding and every thing had gone well.
I have also been very symphatic towards her, she is part of the family, i also do know what its like to be pregnant as i have 3 daughters

She may be a bit uncomfortable and maybe slightly bruised inside - it's called 'honeymoon cystitis' with people, and can make you need to wee a lot.
