We are soon to be owners of a Labrador Retriever. My husband has a large estate car, but mine is a Nissan Micra. Does anyone know if an adult Lab will fit in the boot of a Micra, for short journeys? (Without the parcel shelf of course!!)
I have only used a Micra when my estate was in the garage, but when I took my sort of Lab sized crossbreed to agility in it I had to put the back seat down, partly because there would not have beeen room for her to sit up comfortably and also because I was scared that if someone hit me up the back end she would have been squashed flat!!
Good luck with your pup

Have had two adult Labs in the back of a Fiesta in an emergency so yes, but I wouldn't perhaps do it too often.

I too have done this and agree with Lucy.

Have you thought about getting him a harness and letting him sit on the back seat? This is what I do with My lab in a fiesta.
