My bitch is approx 28 days into her pregnancy

I have heard that Folic Acid and vitimin c can help in the formation of the spine and bones. Has anybody else used these suppliments, when do I start to give her the tablets and how much.

Hi,
I start my bitchs on folic acid a couple of month before I mate her, this is to ensure the puppies have this supplement very early on when they need it most. I continue to give the bitch this supplement right through her pregnancy.
I buy the human type tablets and give her one a day, you can't over dose on Folic acid (well suppose you could if you ate boxs and boxs of them in one day)!
