A friend has a "Valleyrise" Kooikerhondje, who is delightful, but I'm afraid I don't know a contact number.

There aren't any breeding Kooikers in the UK and due to the small gene pool there aren't any litters planned for this year or probably next year.

There is a possiblility of a pregnant bitch coming into the UK later on this year and having the puppies here but this is just a possibility.

You really need to get in touch with Sheila Rees on 01743 249526. She's the secretary of the Kooikerhondje Club of GB and knows the situation with puppies.
