Could anyone tell me if Panwa GSDs are still going? The breeders were Mrs JB Mooney and Mrs R Moore and they were at 86 Cromwell Road, Banbury, Oxon. I would like to contact them as I purchased a dog from them years ago who I recently lost. He was a super dog.
