at the moment im considering showing my dog with the YKC.i went to crufts and they all had looooong coats. does it matter if theyve cut them

It would be a good idea if you registered with the Forum - I think you'll have a lot of questions to ask!

I'm not certain if the YKC classes differ from 'ordinary' breed classes, but the breed standard describes the coat the dog should have, and there are certain breeds which must be shown with coat a certain style. What breed are you thinking of showing?
