Hi Amir , have you been for a look here : All Things Bulldog? There is a list of breeders as well as contact details for Clubs. Not sure how you would pick out a Champ from a litter though ;)

in reply to your qusetion,you may have difficulty obtaining a potential champion dog,as most breeders (sometimes) keep what they think are going to be champion dogs,out of any litter of puppies that are born for themselves to show.
however,good luck.
