Hi Our Staff Cross Tia we have only had her for 3 and half weeks and she is now doing great her fur has grown back she has stopped chewing her tail and is putting weight on. Last night we decided to let her of her lead and have a run she came back to us everytime the only thing is when she was running she looked like she was limping on her back left leg, when she was walking it was fine there's no swelling or pain, any ideas?

When you next go to the vet, get him to check her knees - there's a possibility she has a slipping patella.

Thanks but she's not back there for four weeks do you think that I should take her sooner?

It's hard to say, not having seen her. I wouldn't want to advise the wrong thing. But if it isn't bothering her, and it doesn't seem hot or swollen, or anything like that, then I would hazard a guess that it's non-urgent.

But I'm not a vet, and I haven't seen the leg!
