The best person to have a word with is Val Freer 01543 433152 as her name is listed in various dog publications for advice on Samoyeds.

I was talking to a friend who is a Samoyed breeder and she said there is now a shortage of puppies available as their popularity is in decline. I would recommend that you get your name on a list (with a suitable breeder). Please avoid the free ads and make sure the puppy comes with a KC registration document as there are many puppy farmers out there. If possible meet as many breeders and their dogs as you can and find one that is helpful and cares where their puppies go to.
