Hi Karen,
If you do a search on this site for coprophagia you'll find a lot of threads about it, and possible cures. You can try adding pineapple or courgette (zucchini) to her food if she eats her own poo, which sometimes helps. With other dogs' poo it's more difficult - try to avoid it is the only answer I'm afraid. The cats' litter tray must be kept in a place that the dog can't get to, because they all seem to think this is a wonderful treat.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.

I've read that ading a little pinapple to their feed stops it but no first hand knowledge.

Is Nutro puppy food a dry complete food?? One of my cockers used to do exactly the same, my vet told me it was because of the dry complete food when it passes through ...........now this is gross...........it still smells like food to them, so they eat it again!! She did suggest using pineapple, to be honest I didn't find it worked, or being behind her all the time to make sure her mess is cleared the minute it's dropped! As my dog has got older she seems to have stopped (thank goodness)

If ours dogs were to go into a neighbours garden and dirty their soil - there would be mayhem. So why is that cat owners get away with this . we are forever having to tidy up after cats in the front/back gardens and it really is not fair. I have a good mind to invite the beloved cat owner to come round and tidy it up every morning .
Im sorry but were cats are involved they owners get away with anything and its so unfair!
