My male dog has started a habit,when I take him out for his walks when he see,s or smells another dogs urrine markings he starts to have little licks of it then starts to dribble.It is driving me nuts, I have been telling him of but it seems now that he has to do it any info would be gratful.

It's normal behaviour.

As JG says - it's normal - but if you really can't stand it then control your dog's sniffing. Keep him on his lead and keep walking past. Don't let him stop and sniff and lick:D
