Lately my dog has been having diarrhoea every day. She doesn't go any more than usual, but when she does, it's very soft, sometimes with mucus. This afternoon she vomited bile, something she's done on quite a few occasions lately too. We give her breakfast, but she won't eat it (kibble + soft dog food). In the evenings shes been getting meat and rice (past few days its been chicken, but can sometimes vary), which she polishes off quickly.
Any ideas what could be wrong with her? What should I do?

Hi - have you tried a bit of natural yoghurt with her food to rebalance her gut

Hi
Has she been checked out by a vet? Sometimes loose stools come with overfeeding, if she has been given clean bill of health by your vet try halving her food, this may encourage her to eat her other meal as well
Vomiting bile first thing in the morning can sometimes be due to empty stomach - does she do this on the days she does not eat her breakfast
Good luck with finding the cause

No, I haven't wormed her recently, I think I'll do that tomorrow.
I doubt it's overfeeding, she's actually eating less than usual because of not eating breakfast. She's eating about half a cup of food each day now. Apart from that she's as active and happy as usual.
Her vomiting isn't always in the morning. The other day she vomited bile twice during the night, and she'd had dinner.
